I purchased this template and installed with quick start. but it works just the home page. As I click on other pages I get this error "404 - Category not found".

It looks like your server doesn't support Search Engine Friendly URLs,
please turn off it in the Joomla Admin Panel -> Site -> Global Configuration -> SEO Settings -> Search Engine Friendly URLs.
