I have recently gone live with a Joomla 3 site using the Matrix Template. With a mouse, main menu items drop down on a hover and disappear when the mouse is moved off the item, as expected. I have, however, been contacted by an iPad user who noted that once the menu pulldown appears, it will not retract unless an item is selected. Is there a fix available to allow for retraction of the pulldown with another tap on the main menu item?
