I have a problem using JEvents calendar with this template. Everything works fine until I try to edit an event from the front end. When I login to the front end and click on an event to edit it the edit window appears briefly the disappears. this only happens with the 002046 template, if I switch to Protostar the edit function works fine.
I submitted a ticket to JEvents and this i what they said:
"As I suspected your site is loading 2 copies of the Joomla bootstrap libraries - what is REALLY strange is that its 2 copies of the same file. I therefore think your Template is loading the library without checking if its already loaded.
You should contact your template developer and ask them to check if the library is loaded before loading it a second time.
Its also possible its a problem with your menu module."
I don't think that it is the menu module because i created a website with the 002046 without sample data and had the same issue.

Hello AUBRENSTR,
Our template cannot load bootstrap twice, the jEvent calendar must to have some option to disable loading bootstrap, because the extension loads after the template loaded.
Anyway, can you please provide us with an access to your Joomla admin panel for checking this issue?

I removed the bootstrap.js file from media/jui/js on my localhost and this seems to fix the problem and i can not see any problems with the website. I am wondering if there might be unforeseen problems with removing this file.

Hello AUBRENSTR,
Yes, this option should be included in the extension, just imagine what will happen if you will install few extensions without such option.

From what I have read the bootstrap.js is used by you guys during development and the actual website uses the bootstrap.min.js. Why is the website loading both of these files when they contain the same information.
And if I need them both how do i get only 1 to load.

Hello AUBRENSTR,
The template is based on bootstrap framework as most available templates on Joomla market, from our experience extension must to have parameter which enable/disable the js library.
If you will disable the script in our template some pages may not working properly. Our suggestion is to find it and disable in the used extension. Try to make search for the following in all extension files ad delete the line:
"/media/jui/js/bootstrap.js"

I have both bootstrap.js and bootstrao.min.js in the /media/con_jevents/js but renaming either or both of these files does not help because i have JEvents set to not load bootstrap. Even if i set JEvents to load bootstrap with or without the files in /media/con_jevents/js it does not work. But if I rename either /media/jui/js/bootstrap.js or /media/jui/js/bootstrap.min.js my problem goes away so i guess my question is what tells the website to load bootstrap or bootstrap.min? Is there a way to tell on a specific page what is being loaded and by what?

Hello AUBRENSTR,
The bootstrap.js and bootstrap.min.js are the same files, more info about minification files you can find here: http://www.programmerinterview.com/index.php/javascript/what-is-javascript-minification/
In our template we are calling for 'media/jui/js/bootstrap.js' file, you can see it in the template's index.php file on line 340.
