Hello i am looking for assistance in configuring the footer -> position as-position-30. it seems all modules in this position are being posted vertical vs horizontal, can you please tell me how do i correct this so it inherits the designed css?

It looks like you have not defined bootstrap size under module advanced parameters.
Our suggestion is install this template using quick-start installation package, after installing this package your site will look exact like our demo preview and it will be easy for you to make any changes in the content. Please see the template documentation page for more info:
