There is a problem with installing the mod_articles_single package.
When installing via the extension manager I get the error
"File does not exist - /mod_articles_single/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_articles_single.ini"
As if it cant find the .ini file. I've checked the naming convention and also tried installing it from the temp directory via FTP.
Please can this issue be resolved , I'm sure its a simple solution.
Thanks for your help in advance

Hello ETHER123,
Try to rename the 'language' folder to 'languages', hope it will resolve your problem.
BTW, our suggestion is install the template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our preview page.

Hi, we purchased the template some time ago and is advertised as being 'responsive', however when you connect with Google Analytics it fires out an error saying that it is not. And suggests various things like adding viewport settings etc.
Has the template been updated recently or?

Hello ETHER123,
Accordingly to Google recent recommendations:
https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/ConfigureViewport
You have to add the following line in the templates index.php file before </head> closing tag:
Or you can provide us with an access to your Joomla admin panel and we will do it for you.

Hi guys the quickstart package for this updated version of the template is bugged.
After uploading the package and entering in the configuration information and hit next after selecting to install the Sample Data, the next screen fails to load and the content fails to be installed.
The error displayed points to a sub directory within the Administration directory, which at this point has not yet been created. It looks as if it's either ...
a : failing to fire the script that builds the necessary directories for Joomla to finish installing
b: failing to locate the sql content to populate the database
I tried a work around by installing the Administration directory from a standard stable Joomla installation but this didn't help.
Please can someone help resolve this bug, regards Dave

Hi guys, there is nothing on the server at all. The only things we did was to create a db on the server and pass the configuration information on the default installation screen.
There is absolutely nothing else at all on it currently, could you provide a link to the package?
We will try again this morning.
regards Nick

Also previous versions of Joomla have worked fine on the server, also we have several domains with this hosting provider. No problems until now.
