I jut purchased this template and downloaded it. After installing the template it does not show all the modules or articles in the package. Can you tell me why all the modules are not showing in the admin panel.

Have you installed it using quick-start package with sample data for the template, it looks like you have installed it without the sample data, please see the following page for more info:

Whenever I tried to use this homestyle 1 zip package I receive this following error message

I have tried uninstalling joomla and reinstalling it
Uninstalled joomla and deleted all joomla files off the file server
Still receive the above message

You can't install quick-start via joomla extension manager. A quickstart is basically a fully functional and customized Joomla! package containing the default Joomla installation package, all modules, choosen template and plugins with all the configurations and data in one place.
