why did not you say that are only home style 2 in the demo?
I too would like the template to be like the home style 1!!!
what you should do about it?

We have created two different quick-start packages in this case, please download the latest version from your AS account and use the 'quick-start home style 1' installation package for the joomla template installation, thanks one more time for noticing about this issue and sorry for the inconvenience.
