I try to install your template 2048 with quick-start. evry time it hangs on "create database". Now it run since 20 minutes without success.
Please send me a detailed tutorial how to install the templete successfull.

Please provide us with an access to your server via cPanel or any other panel provided to you by your hosting administrator, we have to check it, we think you have some configuration problems on your server. The access info please put in the Special Info area in your purchased items section under your AS account.
