I recently installed ASSlider (latest version) to my joomla!-page and would like to have the same appearance as on the demo page for Template AS 002048. unfortunately I cannot fix the following problems:
- text font colour is gray (in the demo text is white)
- the pictures are by far too large; I tried several different settings and picture sizes (thumbnail, full size, resized) but it doesn't work. pictures are part of the articles.
- text is in front of picture; in the demo text and pictures are side by side
- if i add the "read more"-button the presentation on safari is corrupted.

Hello GMARGETICH,
Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.

I have included a WYSIWYG-element instead of the social menu in as-position 3. This element is not shown in the same height as the content of as-position 4. I could not identify how to customize the element so that as-position 3 and 4 are presented on the same height.

The default Joomla! WYSIWYG editor may delete some elements, our suggestion is to install and use JCE editor: http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/jce

Dear AS Team,
my website is http://www.fecht-union-mödling.at. I found a solution by assigning the WYSIWYG-element to as-position 4 and including a news-ticker in as-position 3. However, for this plugin the same problem occurs but is not as obvious as before.
Now I got an additional problem. For the following menu-item (Blog) as-position 15 is not available and as-position 16 shifted down to as-position 22/23, which is not the case for any other menu-item: http://www.fecht-union-mödling.at/news/
This particular problem occurred after adding several items to the blog.

You have missed some </div> closing tag in one of your articles, if you will check other blog pages everything looks fine, our suggestion is to check all articles published on the first page, you can disable them one-by-one in case to find the article which makes you problems.
