I have purchased the Atlantis 186 template for my Website, that uses JOOMLA 2.5. I want to customize it by adding filter sliders to the product page and few other menus. But, when I open the edit page in the template manager, it shows me no code in HTML or JScript and so, I cannot customize it. Also, unlike other templates, I am unable to view the code for the different modules/codes so that I may change it according to my website requirements. Please help.
Thanks,
Naurin Jamil

Hello MAILUXLED,
Please elaborate more on the issue you are having with the template since I am afraid the description of the problem that you have given is hard to ascertain what is wrong. According to how I may have understood the question, are you trying to suggest that the template settings are not visible in the template admin panel? If that is the case, please let me know and I will provide you with a solution.
Thank you
Kind Regards

Hi,
With regard to my previous question, I would like to elaborate that I am unable to view the template code, when I open the "Edit page" of the template through the template manager. I need to edit the code in order to customize the look of the template, like adding some slides, changing the size of menus etc. All this is not visible when I open the edit page of the template, like it is visible incase of other templates that shows the entire source code in HTML, JScript or which ever language has been used. This is preventing me from altering the look and feel of the template according to my website requirements. Please help.
Thanks,
Naurin

Hello MAILUXLED,
The templates do vary according to their frameworks. Atlantis template is built on warp framework and I have never seen the settings whereby you can edit the html, php and javascript code directly from the template admin panel. However, you may open the template php and javascript files using a text editor like the Notepad++ and then change the parameters that you wish to. If you need more help, please email me. Use the email address provided in the template user manual.
Thank you
Kind Regards

Hi,
I appreciate your help. It has given me an idea of what I am dealing with. I need just another information though. Where do I find the php, javascript files , so that I may change their code using my text editor ? Please tell me how to locate these files and also, do I just normally change the code and save the changes to customize the pages? Need urgent help please.
Thanks and Regards,

Hello MAILUXLED,
Javascript files are located in a folder named js and php files are located in two places: folders named tpls and blocks. The php files in tpls can be used to arrange the layout of blocks while the files located in the folder blocks can be used to change the actual php code of the template. There are also more javascript and php files in the t3 system plugin folders.
Thank you

Hello,
I am facing the following problems while trying to customize the Atlantis template for my website :-
1. unable to remove the background image (in black) along the breadcrumbs ; I want to remove this image and add some other image in its place
2. On activating the template, the items in the menu bar are not visible anymore (the menu bar vanishes)
3. unable to alter the size of the slideshow frame
4. unable to add carousal to the template and images to the carousal
5. unable to add image crawler in the template and images to image crawler
6. twitter, facebook, google+ buttons appear for each item in the template (should appear only once in the template)
Please help me solve the above problems, as I am unable to proceed further and have reached a deadlock. I will be very thankful, otherwise the template will not be usable.
