This is the second template that I tried to install using the quickstart file but without success.
Please let me know what is the problem with your quickstart files, since I have no problem installing another vendors quickstart files, and I already purchase a Club account from you but it is not working for me at all.
Since you do not make refunds, I encourage you to solve this issue.
Thanks in advance.
Gerardo Ruiz.

Hello GERARDON,
The latest quickstart version for this item installed just fine without any hitches. However, depending on the server, the execution time during the installation of sample data and creation of the database tables might be exceeded. This is mainly due to the large size of the sql sample data file. To work around this, you will have to increase the execution time in your server, probably to 3000 seconds and also the memory limit in order to allow for the completion of the installation of sample data and creation of database tables.
Thank you
Kind Regards

Definitely your quickstar files do not work. I have tried 3 different templates in 3 different hostings that meet or exceed template requeriments. I also increased the execution time and the memory limit, both via .php directoyy and via php.ini file with no success. The solution that you are providing me over email, to copy the database manually does not fit for me. I bougth the club membresy in order to save time and to install just quickstart files, but I have wasted a lot of time debugging and debugging. Point is that I have no problems with templates from another vendors, like joomlart.com and yootheme.com

Hello GERARDON,
I am not quite sure the version of the quickstart you are having, but the latest one was fully tested. Before the template and quickstart package is provided for download, it is fully tested. It is not only me who tests it but the admin as AS TEMPLATES tests it too to ensure that it is working well.
As I had outlined earlier on, depending on the size of the sql file and the host, the execution time may take much longer than normal. The way to work around this is by setting the execution time to a higher value and also increasing memory limit via php.ini. In most hosts, after making your changes in the php.ini file and uploading it to your root folder, you have to "kill" php processes for the new settings in the file to take effect. For example, here is a post from Godaddy on how to do it (for both windows and linux).
Thank you
Kind Regards

Hello GERARDON,
Maybe to add more, the reason as to quickstarts from the providers that you mentioned don't have many of the third party extensions that I have used in my quickstarts. Third party extensions too play a big role in slowing down the quickstart installation process thus requiring more execution time.
Thank you
