following question: If I put an icon (.png) in content or module it always shows as big as it is. If you change the dimensions in editor to a minor measure it looks fine in editor, but in frontend it is as big as before. Tried out in Tiny MCE and JCE on Joomla 3.1.5 (Template (PRO) installed with Quickstart).
Any idea why?
Warm regards Bernhard

Hi Team,
I have a smaller problem with FAQBook Pro, thats the comment of the developer:
Any hint how can I solve the problem. Tested it on a fresh and empty 3.2.0 installation only with the template and FAQBook Pro, it is the same.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi Bernhard,
The left navigation problem is caused by a script in your template.
If you look at the classes of the left navigation list items (li)
you will see that the first li has a class "firstItem".
This class creates the problem. The class is not added by FAQ Book Pro but from some extension in your website or from your template.
This class does not exist in FAQ Book Pro and should not be there as it causes all the errors you mention above.
The same goes for the 'Home button'. The same class is added there too.
You must find what adds these classes and disable it.
Warm regards and thanks Bernhard

Hi AS Team,
I installed template with quickstart (Joomla 3.1.5) and now update to Joomla 3.2.0. All looks fine at first glance, but if you want to create a new module (empty content/custom html) or edit an existing module all menu items inside module are lost and you cannot save the the module. Using both TinyMCE and/or JCE in Joomla 3.2.0.
My fault or something else ?
Warm regards Bernhard

Hi AS Team,
I am very sorry about the trouble I made again. Tested yesterday to disable one plugin after an other and so found out that "Better Preview" fom NoNumbers made the problem. It is not really necassary for me, therefore I disabled it permantly (until an update will come) and now all works fine with Joomla 3.2.0.
If you want, you can delete all my entries here, it was my fault.
Warm regards and many thanks

Hello AS Team,
a minor problem with < class="moduletable ">. I use Rocket Theme's RokSproket and < class="moduletable "> is always shown on frontpage. I know that you do not support third party extensions, but perhaps it is really a problem of the template. See comment of Rocket Theme here:
At point 1 of the page, this code is produced by the template. The < class="moduletable "> is a very common class name to stylize a module. However we did away with table based styling a long time ago and now stick to using <div>'s. What's important is that usually after this statement you would see the modules code.
This is at point 2 where the styling for the RokSprocket module begins.
So you have to track down why the template is putting the code out in such a borked fashion.
If there is any solution which can help me plese tell me.
Warm regards Bernhard

Hello BERNHARDS,
In all our template we are using <div>'s only, we don't have any tables.
By some reason the extension removes the div tag, it should be investigated by our developers, you can ask for our services using the following page: http://www.astemplates.com/developmentservices

Hi AS Team,
for what is the file icomoon-custom.svg in font folder?
This file is about 222KB and Google PageSpeed Insight always says that I have to compress this file (possible down to 68KB). I tried to open it in inkscape and some other programs but only get a white paper.
Google says: compress to .svgz but I cannot find how to. Gzip in Joomla is activated.
Any idea what to do?
Warm regards Bernhard
