During the quick-start package installation do not install any languages, the additional language you will be able to install in your Joomla admin panel after quick-start package installation only.

I'm trying to translate the web into different languages but I run into the following problem: In the middle part of the web, the articles appear misplaced, (below position 7 "welcome to techno web"). I'm looking for the article or module to configure it but I can not find it. How could I do it?
