I have removed as mush as I can from the .htaccess file without the site breaking.
I have rechecked your credentials and they work fine this end, no problem at all in getting in.

I don't know why you are unable to get in. I have tested your credentials this end and they work fine. As it looks like you will not be able to fix the Issue, I will replace your menu extension with another.
