There is a problem with the 4 "read more" link in the main page (skin care, spa treatments etc ...)
The page is not scrolling down and the web page do not show the follow f the article..
This exist on the template because there is the same problem on your demo web page.
Is there a way to solve that ?

Yes I installed it with quic-start, but there is the problem too on your demo web site : http://demo.astemplates.com/joomla-templates/002060/index.php
Try to click on read more under the Round pictures on the main page (skin care so you go http://demo.astemplates.com/joomla-templates/002060/index.php/41-pos6-skin-care/125-skin-care ..)
The read more is deployed after the article "Welcome to Beauty & Hair" but the web page don't go to the read more text ...
Anchor problem ?
I am using firefox and chrome under ubuntu...

On our demo preview page by clicking on Read More button opens a new page, you do not need to scroll down anymore, as we suggested in our previous post you have to create a menu item for each of your article.
Or, maybe we did not understand your questions ;)?

On IPAD the web site is not really responsive. It depend of number of items in main menu.
More you add item, less the page full is.
There is the same problem on your demo web page in portrait orientation in Ipad...
I made the the on my web site in construction, and if I have only 3 items main menu, it is ok in landscape view and in portrait view...

For the responsive design on Ipad, I prefer keep the menu as it, it is more important for the communication I want that the simple fact the site is well working on ipad...
But, as responsive purpose, isn't it possible to find a solution as have the menu on two line for example ?
For you demo web site, I have checked it again this morning just on my mini ipad, it is well working in landscape view but not in portrait view.
Tested on Safari, Chrome and now Firefox. Same problem for these 3 navigators.

Another problem, I am configuring virtuemart, but for this emplate, the look is really not good
You will see the result by menu "Commander" => Boutique
And by menu "mon panier"
I have tried to change the template for virtuemart but I don't find parameter for "mon panier" (My cart)
Any idea ?

The template is not designed for virtuemart, it means it does not have any css for the component, all css you have to create by yourself.
