I'm having one problem. I did the manual install to add to an existing site. When I installed the mod_articles_news_adv and mod_news_pro_gk4. They seem to install without language files. Instead of appropriate titles and text, I get things like "MOD_ARTICLES_NEWS_READMORE" on the front end and similar things on the back. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice.
Suggestions?

Hello BRYANSCHT,
We need an access to your server in case to check this issue. The info please put in the Special info area under your purchased items section of your AS account.
But our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
Regards, AS Team.

In the masonry tile layout, I keep getting "mod_articles_news_adv_readmore" for the "read more" link when you hover over a tile. I tried changing the text in the _item.php file of the template where I found the label. But that had no effect on the what appears. All the labels in the backend also similarly appear, stating with "mod_articles_news_adv_ . . . ". Is there a language file somewhere I'm missing?

AS Team,
My apologies, for not setting up the temp account properly. It should work now.
Also I have noticed that the contact form for a contact isn't appearing in this template. Change the template to something else and it appears, but not in TEMPLATE 002061. You can test this by clicking the "contact us" link at the bottom of any page (after the street address).

Make sure to include the entire address, including the two word security key. In the profile box, it wraps to a second line. Make sure to copy everything "http. . . . to . . .eace".

Hello BRYANSCHT,
We was able to connect your site, thank you. Unfortunately you have not installed it using quick-start installation package as we suggested you in our previous post.

From your response, I am to surmise that your templates are best installed on new sites that are being created rather than existing sites that already have content and structure.
To use the quick-start package would require me (if I understand right) to start from scratch with a fresh install of joomla in which I would rebuild the structure and the content of my site. That is more work than I am capable of undertaking for what was intended as a site facelift.
If this is the case, then this should be more clearly stated in the template description so that informed purchases can take place.
