Hello AS-team,
I bought your template as2061 and tried to install the sample data on my localhost using XAMPP for learning and testing without success. Would you please show me how to install the sample data on my local computer? I followed the instructions posted but it did not work for me.
Thanks,
Ken

Hello KLLEUNGCA,
The quick-start package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, the installation documentation you can find here:

Hello AS Team,
I did followed the instructions as mentioned using Quickstart package, but the installation just stuck at the sample installation section and just stayed there without further actions. I had to close the browser to get out (I did wait for couple hours before closing the browser.)
If I installed the package without the sample data, it was fine. The template was installed.
I need the sample data for guidance. Would you please show me how to get the sample data installed?
Thanks,
Ken

Hello AS Team,
Our website works very good with your template. We updated Joomla lately to v3.6.6 and the Slider is not working anymore. Maybe we change something that we shouldn't be. It just has a circular icon keeps turning. Would you please help us out? We are a non-profit organization and would really appreciate your help to get our website going again.
Thanks very much,
Ken

Hello AS Team,
How's our "Masonry Slider" doing now? This is the most valuable feature of the template and we really hope that your Team could get it working again for us soon. Our website needs the "Masonry Slider" for readers accessing the class details.
Thanks,
Ken

Hello KLLEUNGCA,
You do not have it on your home page, it should be installed an configured. If you interested you may ask for our installation services here: https://www.astemplates.com/services
Or you can install this template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings, the package installation will save days of your time. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info:

Hello AS Team,
Thanks for helping us. We had your template working for a long time (since we purchase the template few years ago) and your "Masonry Slider" was working perfectly on our website. The "Masonry Slider" disappeared after we updated Joomla to 3.6 and we could not figure out how to make the "Masonry Slider" reappear again. Through Administrator, you could see that we really did have the "Masonry Slider" working before and all the setup are still there. Could you please resolve this missing link for us?
Thanks very much,
Ken
