Joomla! Template 002062 - Item Support

Hello, I´ve bought this Template. My site doesn´t work on Apple (Safari Browser). On all Andrid Systems and Microsoft all is working. I´ll think the URL forwarding doesn´t work from http://www.oscar-friseur.at to http://www.oscar-friseur.at/index.php/en/
Why?

The issue can be checked by preview your server logs, sorry, we can't help you in this case, the issue is not related to the template.

Hello, I wantetd to install the quickstart package. I only get the error message:
Fatal error: Cannot use Joomla\String\String as String because 'String' is a special class name in /www/htdocs/w014fd2f/libraries/vendor/joomla/registry/src/Format/Json.php on line 12
What can i do???
