I bought and I'm exploring the template . I already found many things by myself. But how/where can I change the "art services - Michael Studio" logo used in the quick install ?

You can upload your logo using the template parameters, or you can just to change the existing which can be found in the template images folder:
'templatesas002062imageslogo.png'
