I just bought this additional template and would like to migrate my current homepage to it.. But I seem to miss some of the modules, you are using in your example.
E.g. the Social module is not installed and I can't find this extension on your homepage. The same goes for the main home menu on your left side (as-position-5). I only can position it once. Or do I have to create an additional menu module and place it there?
Thanks
Heinz

Hello EXCALIBUR,
Our suggestion is install the template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview and it will be easy for you to make changes and preview all settings and parameters. If you by some reason can't install it on your live server you can install it on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all parameters and settings.
Otherwise you have to install and config all necessary modules through the administration section of your site. All used modules you can see on the following page:

Hi guys..
I have another question.. I use the menue style 2 on the left side as-position-5. I was able to alter the apperance of the first menu level but can't find the settings within the ext.asmenu.css for the next level.. I also would like to set the background to transparent..
Thanks

Hello EXCALIBUR,
You have 2 files which you have to edit:
http://new.pure-picture-art.ch/templates/as002062/css/ext.asmenu.css
the following class:
and
http://new.pure-picture-art.ch/modules/mod_as_menu/css/ext.default.css
#as-menu ul.as-menu ul {
background-color: #E9E9E9;
background-image: linear-gradient(to bottom, #F1F1F1, #DDDDDD);
background-repeat: repeat-x;
border-radius: 0 0 5px 5px;
padding: 12px 0;
position: absolute;
}0
00
As well you can create your own css and put it in the style.custom.css file.

Hi AS team
Unfortunatelly I wasn't able to find the first part in the mentioned css file. Have you looked into it directly or just from your very own templates? Is this a target entry or should it already be there like you have listed it above?
The second entry didn't show me any effect.
The above template is the second I had bought here at as template but to be honest, I liked the other much more. It was easier and more detailed regarding the configuration of the template style then this one here.
It is very difficult to figure out, which css is responsible for what an which entry has to be modified to get a specific effect.
Maybe you would like to think about to enhance the GUI base configuration of this template as you already have done with others from the past.
Thanks
Heinz

Hello EXCALIBUR,
We are sorry, we are not providing GUI for base configuration anymore, most of developers prefer to make changes directly in css instead using of conf parameters.
The needed css you can easy find by using web development tools like Firebug, or you can always ask for our customization services.

Honestly, that sounds pretty lame.. a GUI never will hold back developers to dig into it deep and amend all changes manually.. but on the other hand, without a GUI base configuration option, will you scare off people like me, who don't want to go that deep.
However.. you avoided to answer my reply completely..
And I have another question for you..
When you look at my homepage http://new.pure-picture-art.ch than you will see that the menu is on the left side as in your demo. But as soon as you click on 'Fotografie' the menu jumps over to the right side.
For the article I have used Article - Single also on as-position-5. Why doesn't behave it the same way as with Articles - Newsflash? I used the same number for the bootstrap size and even reduced it to 1.. the menu still jumps to the rigt. very anoying :(

Hello EXCALIBUR,
Web developers prefer source code instead to learn all parameters, it is very easy if you have some knowledge of working with web tools.
We are not avoided your questions, our support team are not able to provide with customization services, we are resolving technical issues only.
All your questions are related to the template customization, as we suggested you in one of our previous post is to install the template using quick-start installation package and then make changes in the content, for any customization requests you have to use the following page:

Thank you for understanding.

Hi AS Team
I did follow your recommendation and installed your quick-start installation to compare. But as one of the posters before already mentioned, your support was much better and more helpful in the past. :(
I won't and can't recommend AS Templates with that kind of support :(
OK.. wasted 24 USD..

another thing here.. The menu (left side) is jumping from left to right for not understandable reasons. I have compaired all of the settings for the entry 'Fotografie', 'ueber mich' and 'Impressum'. They are identical. I even copied the text from 'ueber mich', which is behaving as I would expect to 'Fotografie' but still a jumping menu.
Oh.. and before you start again with your quick-start installation. I have installed it but on your demo site you don't have the function that the menu stays on the left side. So, there is no example I could use for cross-checking the configuration. And as I have already said.. the config for the three menu items are 100% identical.

How are you controlling the order of the articles, if you use the same position at the same time? I would like to have a specific article (feedback) on the left side of as-position-30 and the counter on the right side of as-position-30. I haven't figured out, how I can solve this random behavior.
my website is accessable at http://www.pure-picture-art.ch
You have to scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Hello EXCALIBUR,
In the module manager page click on the column heading (left column) to sort the list, then it's as easy as clicking on the three dots on the left of the module and dragging it up or down.

I have an issue lately with 4 error messages at the bottom of my entry page. I can't tell, how long it is there but I have updated the template today and also the module, which is shown in the error..
My site is http://www.pure-picture-art.ch
Today it was the first time, I made a template update and I haven't changed anything in the structure. The only stuff I update from time to time is the content or the module versions in the admin center.
I would appreciate, if you could point me to the root cause of the error messages.
Thanks
