I just bought the 002062 template, but after copying everything in the quickstart package to my server (one.com) I can not access the site for installation. My homepage says "Site not responding". Everything seems okay, and I am very familiar with Joomla and installation.
Have you heard of this before? (the free version installs okay).
Instead I can install everything manually. It works, but my problem is to get the same look as the demo template, I am thinking of, for example, your css classes. I can not find any documentation where I can see this? Any help will be appreciated

Hello STEPHANR,
You have to check this issue with your hosting provider, probably you have some misconfiguration on your server, please check your server logs. What PHP version do you have?
Did you try to install default Joomla package from joomla.org website?
Can you try to install the quick-start package to another server, try to use another hosting provider.
Regards, AS Team.

Hello again
Thanks for the very quick respond. I do not know why, but I have totally overlooked the problem with the php version. One.com uses the php 7.0 as a standard, but for now, I have changed the php on my site to php 5.6, and everything works fine. I'm sorry for your time.
Thanks for the very fine template. Please close the thread!

Hey Support
I am using the AS002062 template, and the "home gallery" on my frontpage: Please look at http://randahlbjerre.dk
Under the four "home gallery" pictures, there is a lot of free space before the contact details in the footer. I can't remove the irritating space, unless I remove the "home gallery". Why? Is there a way to remove the space, so the footer is right under the "home gallery"? The problem is only on computers. When I look on my phone, there is no problem?

Hey again
I have looked at the line 1433. No matter what I do, nothing happens. I have tried to change the min-height to 400px and I have tried to disable the lines. Nothing happens?

Hello again
I have heard nothing from you since the 23. ?
I have investigated i little more. Seems like nothing happens in the template no matter what I do with the css-files. Is there some kind of cache, I should learn about, or why is it, that even if I delete the css-files, nothing happens on the site?
