Can you please provide us with an access to your Joomla admin panel? We have to see this issue. The info please put in the Special info area under your purchased items section of your AS account.

That is coming up before install has happened. Not able to access the Admin panel. I have deleted the files and am reinstalling now. I will see if that works.
