First: I can not find the h1 heading. Not on my website or the example site.
how can i activate the h1?
Second:
I need a horizontal scrollbar in my tables. But <div> wont work.
Is blocked? I need it for the mobile view.

The H1 tag you can see by enabling Page Heading parameters in menu items under Page Display tab.
The horizontal scroll-bar you can see only in case if your site width size is more then your mobile device size.
