Just checked your site, we do not see any problems with the menu, it is in the same line.
You can easy determinate the file where should be changed the color and the css class by installing and using Mozilla or Opera Fireblug plugin:

Try to change the module column bootstrap size from 9 to 12, the column size parameter you can find under the menu module advanced options tab.
