My server is asking for update with joomla 3.2.3. Should i update?. If i update will i loose any demo site content?.

How do I change my google map location in the contact us map. I have made change in google_map.php. now the ll attribute is ll=8.477178,76.955801. Still the front page is not updated with my change.
To place Face Book Like button at the front page where do i need to make the change

The location settings you have put in your Joomla admin panel -> Extensions -> Plugin manager -> Google Maps -> Location settings.
