as002064_quickstart.zip Template file cannot install to Joomla 3.3.1
because it contains no templateDetails.xml file.
Joomla installation for this template does not work
Please give me a feedback how to handle this!

Hello CONTENTPROJECTS,
You can't install quick-start package on already installed Joomla because the package already contains Joomla, you have to install it like regular Joomla package, please see the template documentation for more info:
