If I first upload the demo version and then purchase tye full version, do I have to start all over again to design my site ?

The price is depends on the license, one domain license will cost you $24.oo, for multiple domains $39.oo
The premium version includes quick-start installation package,
after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview with all extensions, components, images, etc.
Yes, you can, but you will not have all modules and extensions installed, it is included in quick-start package only, please see the following page for more info:

It does not look like in your demo at all.
In your demo its just text coming from different directions.

The submenus have not orange background , they are grey.
They doesnt open below the main menu item, they are covering it...
