Good day to you and thank you for your reply, I am very small business who is learning as he goes, I have tried what you said to no avail and now extremely stressed out. I do not yet have the skill to upload via FTP and purchased your template in confidence that it would upload straight onto my back end from Zip file. You have helped me many times before to upload the demo files due to my being unable to upload them myself. Your feed has been very helpful and explains why the files are not uploading correctly on many occasions previously.
I really need your help to get this task completed.

You have never charged me before and considering all the templates I have bought from you I am very disappointed that you would take this approach now.
