I downloaded the as artslider as part of the Joomla! 3 Template - 002065.
It works fine on the homepage but other pages it keeps showing the loading circle.
Is there a bugfix for this?

The slider should work just fine for you, just please be sure you are using the latest version which comes with appropriate template.
