Our template doesn't have such extension, but you can find a lot on the following page, sorry our team is not able to support them:
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/social-web/social-display/facebook-integration
All these labels you can change by editing the component language file in the 'language' folder on your server, the file name is en-GB.com_contact.ini, if you have other languages installed in your Joomla admin panel it may have other prefix.
