I purchased a multi-site license for 002066 and tried to install it on a new client's site using the quick-start method. That was unsuccessful because it kept giving problems connecting to the MySql database. So I installed MySQL manually, copied the configuration to the quick-start and tried again... same problem.
Finally I just installed Joomla from the site's cPanel and installed your template. It said that it installed successfully but much of it seems to be missing. I think that all my fiddling around may have screwed up the installation. Is it possible for you to have a look at it?

Hello GGALLEN,
Connection to database is not related to the template or quick-start package, we think you put some wrong information, the connection access info to your DB you can find in the configuration.php file.
Our suggestion is to reinstall Joomla one more time using the quick-start installation package.
Regards, AS Team.

The first thing quick start does is to install Joomla . Step 1 (Configuration) goes fine. Step 2 is DataBase - that's where things screw up with error message - Could not connect to MySQL

If I use Scriptaculous to install Joomla on the site (it's a Siteground site) everything works fine with installing MySql. It is only when I use your QuickStart that it fails.Surely you have people who have an already existing Joomla installation who just want to use your template with sample data.
