I have a problem.... With tish template joomla multilanguage it dont word. In menage dont exist En-gb languge packet..... can you help me....

For language package, you can find it via https://community.joomla.org/translations/joomla-3-translations.html , download and install it via Extension > Manager > Install.

I know how to set multi language, but in extension - install language i dont have list of language and in site it is dont see flags for language. I publiset plugin language filter and language swicher.
