You just open file 'default.css' and search for
#sp-header-sticky-wrapper {
position: relative;
z-index: 999;
background: rgba(0,0,0,.3);
}
and replace to
#sp-header-sticky-wrapper {
position: relative;
z-index: 999;
background: #245F9E;
}
