EasySocial already embed in Quickstart package, so when you buy template and install this package, EasySocial is ready to use.
You only consider buy EasySocial only when you need more assistant or support from EasySocial Author, or you need update EasySocial on next time.

We only provide Joomla! template, and our template support for EasySocial, we embed EasySocial for quicktart package and it's ready to use for our template.
EasySocial is Joomla! extension, and it's Paid product, so we can'r provide direct install package for you, just embed to Quickstart package.
As I told, you can use Quickstart package to get template and sample data, EasySocial as our demo site. Only when you need to update or get more support from EasySocial, you can move Paid version, otherwise you can keep EasySocial as standard version in Quickstart package to use.

I see your point of view, but unfortunate we only provide template for EasySocial, not included EasySocial extension in download package, as it's not our product and it's possible to embed it for quickstart package only.
For refund request, you can contact AsTemlates via contact or email to get money back for this case.
