Have you installed this template using quick-start installation package? All these notices you you can disable it in your Joomla admin panel -> Global configurations -> Server Settings panel by changing the Error Reporting parameter to 'None'.

How can i open the blog's pages in another window, like your blog.
The mines open in the same and whitout the buttom next and prev.
