Hello AS Team,
I purchased this template and all worked fine till recently.
Opening our website www.myanmaryangtse.com in Chrome browser doesn't allow scrolling with the mouse wheel. Also the main menu on home page don't react, as well as the 'go to top' anchor is not working anymore. It seams to be a problem with the js file jquery.simplr.smoothscroll.stellar.modernizr.min.js.
That error appears only with Chrome browser.
I am sure that I am not the only customer who has experienced this problem with the js files.
Can you please post a solution?

Dear AS Support Team, I have an issue with the purchased template Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/myanmary/public_html/myanmaryangtse.com/templates/mytcl-copper/includes/includes.php on line 109.
This happens when I was updating from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7.1.
I know it is just a Warning, but this issue is for sure not with me only and you might look into it.
You have already the ftp: access and I hope you will be able to fix it.

We have done so many changes on appearances of the website in the css and some other files, and I am afraid , that we won't be able to reconstruct to look and feel the same!

No, the template for J3 will not work with Joomla 4, you need uninstall the old version and install the new template for J4, as well all extensions which are not compatible with the J4.
