You should activate reCAPTCHA in CAPTCHA plugin first, after that you will see recaptcha in the registration form.

Version 1 Captcha is working
but the Version 2 the klickbox (i´m not a Robot) is not showing
the new Key from the Recaptcha site is already installed.
