i bought the regular license for the 002077 Template and installed it as explained. But when configurating the as-slider, the module position "AS-slider" is not available. There are only module positions as in the free version. What went wrong?
Best regards

I wanted to change the template of our actual website, so I only installed the template in an existing joomla 3 website.First of all I downloaded the free version and installed it on a local joomla 3 site on my computer, to see how it works. But as it didn´t show the modul positions as in the demo version and the documentation i bought the regular license, expecting to get all modul positions. Then, as it didn´t work, I installed the template (without installation package) to my existing actual joomla 3 .x website (www.hotelrhoenerland.de) I changed the standard template to 002077 but the modul positions are not available. So, in the end, I turned it back to my old template. When configurating a modul, such as the sequence slider, I can choose the modul position in the backend, but in the frontend it doesn´t appear. When typing the ?tp=1 -code, the positions as-Slider and as-content1-9 as well as as-footer1-3 are not shown. The SQL-Version is 5.5.44 and php 5.6
Hope I could explain the problem.
Kind regards
Kerstin

Hello LANZOHRL,
The template module position table you can preview here:
http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/383-240-template-module-positions
We recommend you to use PHP version 5.4.or 5.5, as we know some function which uses Joomla are depreciate in PHP version 5.6.
As well our suggestion is to install the template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info:

Hello LANZOHRL,
You have to create a module and then assign it to menu item, the example you can see here: http://blog.astemplates.com/how-to-create-modules-joomla/#more-367

This is exactly what I did. I assigned it to appear on all pages. But nothing.I also tried by installing the advanced modules manager for joomla and added the option to let appear the modul on single article pages. Nothing happend. It seems as if the modules of the "as-content 1-9" and "as-footer 1-3" are locked on single articles pages. They only appear on home screen and category pages. On the single articles only modules assigned to module positions such as "as-content-top or bottom"or " as-content left or right, top or bottom" are displayed.

Hello,
sorry that i have to disturb again. My mainmenu isn´t working propper anymore. it navigates only for one or two clicks. Once or twice clicked on a menu-item in the mainmenu you cant click anymore to navigate, you always have to scroll to get to the point. I didn´t do any changes to the mainmenu. What is going on?
I installed a newer version of the template a few days ago. Now I reinstalled the older version but this did not resolve the problem.
Thanks for your help.

I only changed the colours of the css - Template-Default.
I think the changes in the index.php have been done by you, because earlier I asked you to display the footer-module on all article pages and you did these changes for me. Now, by installing the newer version, I overwrote these changes. I recopied the elder index.php that was changed by you, but the problem of the menu still exists.

Everything worked well before I changed to the newer template files. When I now change the index.php by uploading the file that worked well before the update nothing changes. The menu still doesn't work.
I also tried to delete the whole template files and restore the backup files but the memu does not work.

Hello,
I reinstalled the template to get the menu working. But therefore I have lost the footer- module on the articles pages. Last time you resolved this for me, but if you could tell me how to do it myself I wouldn't have to contact you every time.
Kind regards
