With this version, you have all access for features, quickstart package (theme and sample data like demo).
And sure, you can change anything in template to other language such as English, and custom color via Template Settings.
Free version is limited with features, and doesn't support sample data (quickstart install).

If you want to new one color, you can request custom work at https://agethemes.com/custom-work/ for complete new color preset.
