Please, how can I enable home slider on mobile devices?

I have some problems.
My first step was change Home slider articles. After saving, the following warning appears. "Invalid Parent ID" and then "JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 564." This error I got at saving all articles.
Next error: Components -- JCE Editor: Warning: require_once(C:\xampp\htdocs\zitfit\administrator/includes/toolbar.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\zitfit\administrator\components\com_jce\controller.php on line 117
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'C:\xampp\htdocs\zitfit\administrator/includes/toolbar.php' (include_path='C:\xampp\php\PEAR') in C:\xampp\htdocs\zitfit\administrator\components\com_jce\controller.php on line 117
I have two clear installation, on my local and on web hosting. Same errors.
I am disappointed. I am affraid what will next.
