At the bottom of the home page, Contact Us section, is there any way of lowering the required number of characters from 50 to let's say 20 in the textarea?

You can change it by editing "\modules\mod_as_contact_form\tmpl\default.php" file line 66. look for the following:
minlength: 50

Also, on the Home page, Team section, can an actual read more button be added under the truncated text of each team member?
