The responsive system of this template is not working. There is no problem to visit the site on the desktop but on tablet and the cell phone doesn't work. (just blank page). Even if I change the settings.

It is not in the template files, it comes from some module or plugin, try to disable one-by-one all modules in case to find the problematic one.
