I just purchased this templete and did the manual installation as we have an existing Joomla site since 2011 running Joomla 3.8.2. How do I get the templete to look like the demo preview?

Hello GBIRK1962,
You have to install the template using quick-start installation package,
after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/436-002085

Hello,
Under every image in the gallery in as002085, it says undefined when you click on the magnifying icon with the + symbol. It even says undefined for the original 6 photographs from the quick install. Not sure what it is looking for. How can I fix this?
Thanks, Gary

Hello GBIRK1962,
In your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> Gallery menu item under Options tab put Show Intro Text to Show, if you have any intro text in the gallery articles you have to delete it.

Hello, I have a question on how to fix:
as-content-2 position
Modules: Comments Menu
The five Green Menu Items for the Comments Menu slide in from right to left and stop over the image bg.row2.jpg. How do I correct it so that they stop to the right of the image?

The development site where we are deploying this template is: http://www.tersuswater.com/
You will also note that I added a sixth Menu Item to the Comments Menu. This item is not shaded Green. If I go to Extensions – Templates – Styles – Layout and choose a different Theme, the Menu item is shaded. However, it still slides from right to left and stops over the image bg.row2.jpg not in the empty box to the right of image bg.row2.jpg.

Hello,
Issue 1, changing the order worked. Thank you.
Issue 2. If you go to http://tersuswater.tersusenv.com/ you will see in position AS-Content -2, I have six menu items. The first five have a white font with green background. The sixth menu item, Enhanced Aerobic Biodegradation does not have the green background.
In Joomla under Extensions – Templates – Styles, I have the Theme Style set to default. If I change it to Blue Ivy, the sixth menu item, Enhanced Aerobic Biodegradation has a blue background.
I would like to use the default style as our company logo is green.

Hello GBIRK1962,
In the tmpl.default.css file please add the following class (line 2582):
I need your help. Our development site is located at: http://tersuswater.tersusenv.com
I am not sure what happed but on the Home Page just above Position: as-mainmenu, we have a light grey line across the top of the webpage. In the upper left corner of this grey line is a small rectangle. This appears only on the Home Page.
The small rectangle also only appears on the Home Page to the left of the Featured Menu.
What file do I edit to remove the grey line at the top of the webpage and the two small rectangles?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you for your reply. Where would I go to delete the class suffix 'fa-home'? We have the home under the hidden menu, as you can click on the logo to get home. I looked under Menus, Hidden Items, Home, Link CSS Style and it is blank.

The featured menu currently show 3 items in one row. How do you modify it to show 2 rows with 6 items? Under home layout, if I change the number of columns it only shows the first three items.
