Is there a way to add a component to find doctors (with filtering by departments for exemple) and book an appointment?

Hello,
I am using this template and my client asked me for two needs.
First: he want the menu to be display only like the smartphone mode
Second: He wold like to display his establishments all over the world using google map.
Can you please help me resolvong theses issues.
