Your hosting provider has an option to login without using your gmail account, please check and let us know.

my friend I install other database with the local host from my hosting and it install without problems if you like I can send yo pictures of videos with this process and this not is the problem I think the problem is your template for this reason I ask you what solution could you give me?

The template was purchased and installed 470 times, we think you have some problems with your hosting, we need direct access to your server please.
The template sample data is 7 times bigger then regular joomla package, it need more resources from your server.
