I'd like to ask you is this template can be also in one page? I see in
administration panel template called onepage but I don't know how to install it.

Unfortunate, we do not publish Onepage templates for all templates in AsTemplates marketplace, although we have all Onepage template versions at http://ltheme.com/free-one-page-joomla-templates/
And onepage version of your template here http://ltheme.com/project/lt-strategy-onepage-free-creative-business-joomla-template/
I will ask AsTemplate Marketplace support, may be they will allow us to upload onepage version for all templates.

My website will have 2 languages. Now it is in Polish. I would like to translate the contact form from english into Polish.

You must to create new language for for RSContact module, by go to "root/languages/en-GB/en-GB.mod_rscontact.ini", open this file, you can see translate for fields in English.
Next, you download above file, then upload it to your Polish language via 'root/languages/[your_polish_language_code]/' and rename this file to "[your_polish_language_code].en-GB.mod_rscontact.ini".
Last, you open file "[your_polish_language_code].en-GB.mod_rscontact.ini" and start to translate content from English to your Polish.
