Hello CEROB311,
Replace the hash symbol with the link to your social media profile. For example, the original social icon link is like this: <a href="#" class="uk-icon-button uk-icon-twitter" target="_blank"></a>. Replace the # with the link to your profile. The social buttons have been assigned to the module position "footer-1"
Thank you
Kind Regards

Hello CEROB311,
To change the images easily, copy the html code for the modal popups, which is assigned to module position portfolio. You can paste this code in any code editor and save it as a html file, like popups.html for ease of editing and also to ensure that all changes made are followed keenly without forgetting any html attributes or tags.
By inspecting the html code you copied and pasted into your editor, you'll notice something like:
Find the link to the images like the one shown above and change the image path/name to the one of your liking. You can do this for the rest of the modal images. You also change the title and paragraph text.
For more information regarding the use of modal popups, please read this: http://www.primertemplates.com/joomla/holiday/features
read the post on "modal."
In case of more need for clarification, please let me know.
Thank you

Hello CEROB311,
The content that you are referring to is displayed as articles. First of all, locate the articles under the category "urban." Open the article and toggle the editor to view the html code instead of the visual content. If you are looking to change just the images and text content, then change the image paths in the html code. If you are looking to perform further customisation, then it is important noting that the pop ups have been implemented using modals, grid and lightbox UIKit components. Check out features section in the demo site for more information on how to implement this.
Thank you
Kind Regards
