I deleted everything and reinstalled and all that is fixed, but not sure I will keep this template. Delay between each page load.

Hello LSIEMON,
Open the template admin section and then under options > settings > development and uncheck the box "Compile LESS in the browser on every page load." Scroll down to compression and choose from the drop down list.
