we bought a licence for your template AS0002022.
It was clear that the template isn't optimized for mobile devices. But the whole content of a webside should be visibale on a smart phone. At the moment we have the problem that the texts are cropped on the right site and there is no freespace at the left and right border. At the moment we only use the following module positions:
- position-1
- position-2
- position-3
- position-7
- position-41
- position-42
- position-52
- slider
On the demo page everything is correct.
Is there any special thing we have to activate oder do we have to use any special position?
Regards
Martin

Hi,
I hope we can fix the problem, because of your demo which is working on a mobile device we decided to by your template. But I am very confident to fix the problem.
One other thing. You write on your website that you design individual templates. We reflect to redesign our main webpage. At the moment we are working with typo3 but this CMS is to powerful for us.
At the moment there are no rules for the layout. We are open to any ideas we. The only condition is that the PC web browser needs as well as smartphone and tablets work. If you are interested in designing a new Layout/template for us please make us a offer.
Kind regards from Germany

Hello MAHOPPE,
What is your site url? Have you installed any modules which use jQuery library? Probably you have some conflict between the libraries, try to unpublish the installed extensions in case to find the problematic one.

Hi,
our test url is as.flensforfun.de
We only installed Joomla 3.1.5 and the template Joomla.3as002022_template.zip. We also create a new DB for the page. Additional we copied the as002022 folder from /templates/as002022/images/sampledata to /images/sampledata/
That's all what we have done.

Hi,
I installed also the quick-start installation. After the installation the slider is working but there is the old bug with the smartphone layout. I compared the updated files (templateDetails.xml, index.php, css/template.css ...) and I saw that the quick-start files are not the same like the template version. So I copied the files from the template to the quick-start folder. After this, the smartphone layout was ok, but the slider doesn't work. So I changed line 90 in the index.php to use the old jquery lib. Now the slider is working and the layout is ok.
Result: If you use the jquery.1.10.2.min.js lib the slider is not working.
Now it's your job.
