Hello TEMWO21,
It can be done by editing existing css files or by creating your own css and uploading it in the style.custom.css file.
You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firefox Web Development tools
https://developer.mozilla.org/son/docs/Tools or Firebug Lite for Google Chrome https://getfirebug.com/releases/lite/chrome/
Here you can find some info of using firebug tool:

AS Template said you the author so why on earth are you still suggesting rather than answering?! My question is pretty simple and direct and I reiterate " "Which specific file and what line number am I to edit her code to change top-header, header, footer black and dark grey colors!"
Please I don't have the luxury of time to be going back n forth on this! Am getting disappointed at this so called support after paying so much!!
I need specifics and not suggestive answers, the template is your AS 002022 extended $39 quick start option!
I don't want to assume am being scammed here because I don't see reason why the answer can't just come straight!

Good morning, I'm still expecting your reply to my last post and to be candid am not happy with your support system thus far!
That said how can I edit the html fill so as to input my content in place of the imbedded hardcoded ones in the template eg for "team" you have "our stuff" instead of "our staff" and I need replace the lorem ipsum with my own contents.
Thanks in anticipation of your quick response.

Hello TEMWO21,
You do not need to make code changes in the template files, the content you have to change via Joomla admin panel, but you need to learn Joomla first, here you can find Joomla documentation:
